i am filling in for lowell melser. he recorded a lot of video. the wind was affecting our ability to broadcast. he is taking a break. look for his videos online. we're getting into the worst of the wind. it is funneling through the buildings out of the west. i do not know if you can see it, but it is driving rain back to the ocean. it is the opposite of this morning when the rain was coming the opposite direction. the trees give an indication of how strong it is blowing. i have this little weather station recording a lot of different things for me. temperatures are in the low 50's. it is recording the wind chill which is already in the 40's. gust up to 60 miles an hour. not only are we getting drenched in rain, is feeling like it is in the 40's. we are urging people to stay indoors. this is a good reason why. i will walk out further into the wind. we are under the safety of this parking shop there. -- of the sparking shelter. the wind gets funneled through the building. -- we are under the safety of this parking shelter. the wind tunnels quickly
